I was struggling with a pet urine problem in my carpet. Zerorez came out very quickly to tackle my problem. I was so worried that I was going to have to rip out the carpet in my entire room. I had a week and a half until I had a house full of company for a wedding. The owner (can't remember his name) came to our house to work through possible options to solve the problem. I was very impressed with his knowledge (and the technician too). They came up with a wonderful solution and the problem was solved within a day and a great price too! So impressed with them and the personal attention I felt to help me resolve this problem. I will use them over and over for future cleaning needs!

My daughter just purchased a home. We though for her house warming gift we would have all of the carpets cleaned. Zerorez had previously cleaned our carpets and we were very happy with the results. So we called Zerorez. Victor was our Cleaner. He cleaned the entire house. Victor did a FANTASTIC job. There were heavily traffic areas that he took extra time on. A few years ago we had another company come and clean our living room carpet. Two days later we decided that the carpet was simply stained and worn out since it looked absolutely no different. We determined that it would just have to be replaced.
A few weeks ago we decided to have our basement carpets cleaned and even though we still thought it had to be replaced, because of the amazing price, we added the living room and a set of stairs to the list. To say the results were miraculous is an understatement! The day after Will came and did a phenomenal job, we had someone come in to stretch and trim it. My carpet looks brand new!! I am not exaggerating at all! I have pictures to prove it!
