I like the through cleaning that Zerorez equipment provides and the drying time is so quick.
It was great! He did a really good job with pet potty accidents and even got up printer ink stains. No weird detergent smell was left behind. There was one stain that reappeared after drying but it was a pretty bad stain to start with and we didn’t know what it was caused by. He moved the furniture and was fast, efficient and friendly.
We had a few spots that still showed after the original cleaning and they came back out and fixed them without any hassle.
We were so completely satisfied with the finished product, the service is excellent, the response to any questions was great.
Have no reservations about recommending this service to anyone.

I have been having my carpets and upholstery done for the past 40 years. Never had a service of this high quality. I am a dog lover so that makes the job especially challenging. I discovered your service online and chose it because of the 5 star rating. This was my first time using your company. By far you are the best in Cache Valley.. The one man team you sent clearly was a professional. He did an initial assessment with ultra violet light and showed all of the stains on the rug. He was upfront saying unless we had an emotional attachment to the rug it would not be worth cleaning and to replace it. He also did as an exceptional job on our large sectional couch which was badly stained and had stiff dog hair pressed into the fabric. Looks brand new now. This is clearly a company that values experienced well trained technicians unlike Alpine who sends a couple of high school kids out to run a machine lacking experience as well as common sense.

I can't say much since I wasn't around when Zerorez came by to clean the carpets. We were moving into a home and I scheduled them to clean before we moved in. When we arrived to unload the carpets were clean. That simple.
