When I have used other companies, spots I have had in my carpet have always come back within two to three weeks. When I started using Zerorez after two or three times the spots are 100% gone and have never returned.
We just moved to an older home and had carpets cleaned, some that were heavily soiled. I anticipate that some spots will return somewhat , but I know that after two or three cleanings rhey will not show up again. That is not the case with any other carpet cleaners I have ever used. Zerorez is the best I have ever found.
