The inspector did a super thorough inspection with even using thermal imaging cameras and generated a 48 page report which had pictures of whatever issues he found. I would definitely use and recommend them again

Mark was thorough, walked us through the items he found, answered all our questions. The person (I'm sorry I forgot his name) who came for the camera inspeciton and radon test was also excellent. Explained the issues accessing the sewer cleanout and the results of the radon test. He was not able to access the sewer clean out becuase it was so rusted but he did point out some potential solutions for the plumber who ultimately did scope the sewer. Home Probe quickly refunded us for the sewer fee. All in all I am happy with the inspection, the reporting, and people I worked with at Home Probe.
