I thought this inspection was very well done. Steve was focused and methodical., I picked up a lot of good information just walking with him for most of it. Lots of tech here, with FLIR imaging and a drone survey of the roof. He identified a major issue with grounding of the gas meter we were unaware of. Definitely recommend, will use again.
