I signed up with Trident insurance agency, when I moved from NC to NJ and found them under the Nationwide umbrella. That was 5 years ago. I like the coverage Trident is providing me with. My only problem is, I never know if the agency is Harleysville insurance agency or Trident Insurance agency or Nationwide Insurance agency. I want to be able to access the Trident insurance agency policy etc from the Nationwide website. So far Trident has not been able to integrate itself into the Nationwide website and so my automobile policy cannot be accessed via the internet. When I reach some one on the phone, like I had to last year to get my insurance cards by mail, I got redirected from one to another agency, and took a while to get resolved. That is my frustration.
Nationwide in NC was extremely customer friendly.
