What a comforting warm place. The senior classes with excellent and helpful instructors. Will even stay after class to help you. Also the senior activities: cards, mahjong, luncheons, etc.

I think the senior exercise classes are fantastic! I never wanted want to exercise before . Now I look forward to it! All the instructors are excellent and know how to adjust the exercises to the different ability levels in the class!

Everything! Very friendly staff, plenty of equipment, never overcrowded. Jenna Trumpler was fantastic for establishing my workouts.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Friendly staff, clean facility and I love the great group exercise classes with many choices and motivating instructors. I also love to play pickleball there, just wish we can play year round.
