I only workout in the gym area but the Y is very clean and has very nice equipment available. The people working the front desk are usually very friendly and helpful.

All I really know about is the pool. It is kept very clean, and the lifeguards are as nice as they could be.
Plenty of options that repeat daily or throughout the week. Although I would like some nightly TRX classes since all are only offered during the day at the LWR branch.
