There is a nice variety of classes with quality instructors. Some interesting seminars are also offered.

Large well equipped locker rooms and shower facilities, lots of equipment in good working condition, and a friendly staff.

The new weight machines and cycle bikes are awesome.
The classes overall are very good and have alot of camaraderie.
Most of the instructors have great tenure and will help when needed.
The front desk staff are friendly with a welcome or have a great day good bye.
I think the overall staff tries to make
it great experience.
