Fine facility.
Good equipment.
Qualified instructors.
Pleasant atmosphere.
Clean.
I love the variety this branch offers. Tons of equipment and classes. Love it. The staff is professional and kind every time.
One thing I would change is related to the classes. I find that many of the instructors seem to be going through the motions. It would be nice to see and hear enthusiasm. Create energy. Be engaging. This ain’t all instructors. Just some. But many classes seem a bit boring. Energy and enthusiasm is what brings people back.
Variety of equipment
Clean pool well maintained and operated
Excellent client service—shoutout to Kyle Ziegler and to Helen in Aquatics
As a senior you offer few classes that are very important for seniors stretching, movements, balance and building strength .
I also signed up for Pilates Reformers classes but having only 5 of the reformers bed is not easy to get to classes they’re always full, so I paid for something I can’t use .
Pilates Reformers classes are very important for those of us that can’t lay on the floor for different health issues, and now is even popular on younger people because of it’s benefits.
I believe we need more beds and a bigger room, the beginners class is always full is a program that needs to look into .
Thank you 🙏🏼 for always hearing our feedback and making our YMCA in Venice the own we are proud too participate and be a member.
