My child likes the swimming part of the camp. I wish I was a little bit more activities for the kids to do. I feel like being outside all day. There’s so much more they could be doing.

Variety with each week
Amazing staff, very caring and responsive and our children have a ton of fun! The staff was truly amazing during a bit of a scare for our son who was injured by a pure accident and they made us feel much better by their commitment to his best interest and swift action!
Teaching the kids how to swim. Having different themes during the week was awesome gave us something to look forward too! The Y summer camp team was awesome my children loved them!
We really like the opportunity of swimming everyday as well as the arts and crafts that foster creativity.
I love that the hours are reasonable for working parents. The Y has one of the few camps these days that doesn’t end at 4 or only runs Mon - Thurs. My kid loved being able to swim everyday. He even made a new friend that’s in his class at school! Having a camp option close to home with great hours, and amazing staff, is priceless.

Everything about our experience with the Manchester YMCA Day Camp has been wonderful. My son loved the opportunity to go swimming every day. Some days he came home with crafts or things he'd made related to the camp theme for the week. All the camp counselors were friendly and seemed to really care. Rides In and Out were quick and easy. I LOVE the hours - so many camps lately have hours that aren't realistsic for most working parents. All in all - our experience this summer has us looking forward to next summer.

We love the mission of the ymca and the programs they provide for our kids. Camp red hawk was tough for Miriam just due to an accidental fall and breaking her arm, but otherwise she had a great time. We can’t wait to enroll her again in the future.

The program and camp counselors did an excellent job this summer my son would come back and talk about his day and how much he looked forward to the next activity whether it was making slime or puppets learning new things! He will be back next summer!
Swimming every day has been an amazing activity for my daughter.
I an a first timer, The curriculum was age appropriate, fun and the staff was always engaging. The final day of Camp was bitter sweet, I was excited that the children were being readied for back to school, but did the tears flow....the Staff missing the kids and the kids missing the Staff. I felt the LOVE
