The girls are very friendly and do a great job cutting my hair. I come to Sports Clips because I get a buzz cut and you have a buzz cut rate instead of charging for a full haircut. Supercuts doesn’t do that.

I like that you track how I've had my hair cut each time so that I don't have go over it with someone new each time. I like being able to schedule with a specific stylist as I find the ones that I like to use.
Tail of two experiences...
While headed to MA for the weekend, we decided we needed haircuts so we checked into the Biddeford ME location around 2:00 (it’s about 35 mins away). We were surprised by the 45-60 min wait times, but figured by the time we got there the wait would be minimal...so were surprised when we arrived 35 mins later that the wait times INCREASED TO 105 mins. The location had no explanation why we dropped from 4-5 to 9-10 either. Certainly not the spirit of why we choose Sport Clips.
After some quick calculations, we realized there was a location not far from the hotel we were staying at. What a night and day experience. We checkin in 20 mins before arrival...were #1 and 2 upon arrival and got great cuts...service...expected experience.

Son and I had differing opinions on how short to cut his hair (really just differed by a half inch). Stylist took this into consideration and gave my 11 year exactly what he wanted, but made mom happy too.
