I liked that the stylist was very calm and patient with my son as he is non verbal/autism. I did not know how he would be and it ended up being a very positive experience.
I always call ahead to see if my favorite stylist is there. It would be nice to be able to make an appt with her, but at least I know when she is going to be there.
I like that I don't get gouged price wise because I just get a buzz cut like at supercuts. I got the MVP today too and that was real nice.

I get a buzz cut...you have separate pricing for that service...super cuts does not. That got me into the front door but your staff is what keeps me coming back. They remember me, and are very friendly.
