I was taken care of by Alyssa in the Plaistow location. It was my first time.
From the wonderful conversation that we had to the great care she took of me (who was clearly not ready for all of the awesome treatment), it was a GREAT experience. She did a great job on my haircut, and I had her complete attention throughout the time there.
Whatever you do, you need to keep that employee around.
