Dogtopia is a great facility to bring your pet. They are reliable, caring and attentive to each dog’s needs. I love that Loki feels comfortable with the staff. It is important to us that Loki gets the best care and gets the most out of his experience each day. We love the weekly events for the dogs that allow them to enjoy their break outside or with a yummy snack. We are very happy with the experience we have had at Dogtopia Norwalk!
I like that there are trained people to help meet my dog’s needs and that they make sure he gets a nap in. They don’t force the dogs to participate and for his meet and great gave him space to get comfortable

The staff is amazing. My dog always has a great time.
Besides very friendly and knowledgeable staff about dogs, dogtopia really works to assess the personality of the dogs so they co exist and have fun together. Not stressful or overwhelming . Also keeps the numbers on the floor manageable . Too many dogs can make for a bad encounter because a dog can be on overloaded.

Lovely staff & clean place
The staff is wonderful. Pluto is not an easy dog. He needs the socialization of playing with other dogs and at Dogtopia he will have the opportunity to do just that.

You guys were very welcoming from the moment I signed Charlie up for a meet and greet. We looked forward to him having so much fun without us worrying about him and the comfort of the kindhearted staff and webcams helped those worries go away immediately.
