The staff are all so friendly and they genuinely care about my dog. I am grateful to have a safe place to send my dog for daycare and boarding. She has become better socialized and gets excited when she knows she’s heading into Dogtopia Port Chester!

Friendly and professional staff who clearly love dogs. Staff keeps everyone safe and happy. Very reasonable rates. Quick responses to questions or concerns. Convenient hours and availability even with short notice. Hot lunches (for additional fee). My dog loves all of the staff and her buddies and it gives me peace of mind to know that she’s in wonderful hands. I don’t know what we’d do without them. Highly recommend

I’m a first time dog mom and let me say from the preliminary visit to the current day, the staff has been everything great!! They were welcoming asking was their anything I was working on with my pup so the could maintain consistency.. Jenna, the manager at the location is great! She even called to check on my pup because he was out recently with a cold for 2 weeks! Also, I called with a concern the very first week my pup started and Jenna responded to me right away!! All the ladies are great at this location! My pup enjoys himself so much, that when he gets home he’s snoring and in the morning doesn’t want to move until he hears the word “school!” Go Dogtopia Elsmer!! Thank you all for everything you do and taking great care of my Oatmeal for the last 3 months!

I appreciate Dogtopia’s flexible scheduling, the warmth and graciousness of the staff and the professionalism of the business. I —and my Great Pyrenees—absolutely love Tayler. She’s a real leader and able to juggle so many customers (and dogs) simultaneously with humor and grace. My dog absolutely loves her and I know she (my dog) will be SO treated well when Tayler is there…she’s to be valued as an employee!

I like being able to look at cameras to check in on my dog. Puts a smile on my face and relieves stress from daily grind. Although I wish cameras worked better.

I like the way the staff makes an effort to know each dog's name and personalities. We are always greeted at the door as though our "kid" is coming to a sleepover! It's great to watch our dog on the webcam and know that he is not sitting by the door every moment! I also love having a day that I can get out for a longer time and do things that I may not normally do. We tell everyone how well it works for us!
I love the comfort I get when I board overnight or doggie daycare with Dogtopia. I know my Sally is well cared for, well exercised, safe and very much loved. The socialization factor is amazing; in conjunction with the constant playing and exercising my Sally is happy and always worn out when she comes home. It has helped my family ensure to give our Sally the attention she needs over and about what we can provide on our own. It’s absolutely the best thing for us and her!
