I was in a tight spot. I needed 20 shirts for a marketing stunt we were pulling off at a big conference in Austin. We only came up with the idea about 2 days before the event. So I essentially needed a 24-hour turnaround time. Every other brand in Austin could only do a 7-10 day turnaround time. And the other Big Frog locations sent me emails about my request which I was sadly too busy to look at. But THIS location called me, said they could get my request done within a day, and walked me through the process. They actually got it done within hours. When my girlfriend picked up the shirts, they were perfect. The shirts were a hit, too. We got new business deals because of them. Definitely coming back here for the next round when I'm in Austin again.

We were able to come into the store to look at the colors and feel the fabric which made it much easier to order. The staff were all very friendly and the shirts were produced so fast. I operate the North Florida BCA pool league. I have used Big Frogs to provide shirts to my players when they go to national and other tournaments. I want to thank you for offering an alternative. That was a great sales move on your part. You were not able to get shirts to me in the time I needed them so I was about to hang up, until a lady offered to sell me the iron on decals for shirts that I buy. Because of that, I was able to get me shirts completed for my event. I will definitely come back to you for those shirts next time around. I would like to see if you also sell name tags. If so, I would like to order a couple.
