She likes going to Mathnasium We just want her to be comfortable with math and to know it.
We are a newer family at the Mathnasium Capitol Hill and our daughter has been attending twice a week for the last month or so. She was so excited after her first assessment and couldn’t wait to start. Last night she asked if she could go 3 times a week because that would help her even more! There is definitely a secret sauce and she absolutely loves the center, the engagement, the work and the attention. I think there is also the feeling that this is a special club and it doesn’t hurt to see familiar faces! We couldn’t be happier with the center and the level of care for families!

Mathnasium is an excellent place to bring your child if they need help with math . My son had several foundational gap in math when he first start Mathnasium . However today he is on grade level and believing he can do math too . I would definitely recommend this supplement program .
In our first month we can’t speak to our child’s advancement in math concepts, but we can speak to her confidence and excitement about math. She begs to stay more than an hour and to come more than twice a week.

I love the fact that the support is based on the assessment given and that there is a clear plan for the support given. It also makes sense that the students have an opportunity to work with a variety of tutors so they can experience the different styles of the tutors even though the basic instruction is the same across different tutors.

Mathnasium really helped my new middle schooler get up to speed on math after missed learning during the pandemic. It was great to have the structured program with regular assessments and progress reports. While math isn't his favorite thing to do, he didn't mind going into the center for sessions, and that's saying a lot.

The team has been incredibly thoughtful about understanding the school curriculum in parallel with the Mathnasium lessons. They have also been great about either reinforcing lessons or pushing our children (when ready) for a bit more.
We're very pleased with the math support that our 5th grader has received at Mathnasium Capitol Hill this fall. One reason that she doesn't mind going for tutoring is that she often meets up with pals from her grade at Brent Elementary at the center. She's clearly benefitted from the help she gets from cheery and well-trained tutors at the center twice a week. The center does a good job incentivizing the kids to work hard to earn rewards. She started 5th grade about a year behind in math but with Mathnasium's help, she's on track to catch up, perhaps even by the Holidays. Thanks, Mathnasium Capitol Hill.
