We have worked with Mathnasium, for my grandsom, in several different venues. most recentlyMathusium in DC, always with the same extremely positive results. Mathnasium has been continually responsive to his and our family's needs as these have evolved over and over and over again. My grandson will never be a math wiz, perhaps not even a gifted student, but he has consistently pbserved that he has enjoyed and learned from his Mathnasium instructors and finds this experience more than worthwhile. Great teachers who connect with young people

Destiny is a great branch manager and the teaching has been very good for our son Rylan, he enjoys maths and seems to be continuing an upward progression.

Very helpful and attentive to my child's math education. However, there could be more incentives to reward the children for math excellence, similar to other programs that monitor a child's progress in school and the program.

My daughter loves mathnasium! She went from saying “I’m the stupidest person in my class when it comes to math” to “It takes me longer to do my math but I am getting good at it!”. Obviously her math score have increased during her time here, I would expect that, but the increased confidence and her excitement to go to the math sessions have been really encouraging to see as a parent.

My son usually avoids/fights doing math at home, but he happily goes to his Mathnasium sessions. I am looking forward to seeing his progress.

Destiny has been a fantastic focal point for all the interactions between my son Rylan, and Mathnesium Capitol Hill, she is very communicative, caring, responsible, and encouraging. We are very happy with Rylan's progress and as a result I have already promoted your services with a number of other parents.

My 5th grader started at Mathnasium in September, working more than a year behind grade level due to Covid learning loss. After bi-weekly hour-long sessions at the center for just four months, she's almost completely caught up. Not only that, she wants to continue going to Mathnasium. Her tutors are well-trained and cheery and she enjoys the sociability of learning with other students her age after school. Our daughter has always hated math and was extremely resistant to go to Mathnasium when we first enrolled her. Within 2-3 sessions she stopped complaining, and a few lessons later she started coming home with stories of her rewards and progress. She now goes happily and her MAP scores suggest she’s filling many of the skills gaps she had carried year after year. We definitely recommend Mathnasium!

They are doing an excellent job in both execution and tone- my daughter feels comfortable, accepted and capable at her Mathnasium location (Pennsylvania Ave SE DC). The instruction is excellent, confidence is growing... Destiny Chapman and team, well done!
