Excellent customer service - cut hair after listening to my requests.
Your app needs some tweeks. Instead of automaticly putting you in the line up, it should request your expected arrival time, then put you in the line up. I recently used the app and could not get there in time due to distance and traffic. By the time I arrived I was off the board. Luckily Erin work me in and did a fantastic job!

The extras like massage, hot towel and wash. But the stylist did a great job on the cut.
Evi is always super professional and makes sure you get what you pay for. It took me 6 months to find a stylish that can cut my son's hair. Now he doesn't want anyone else to cut his hair but Evi.

You take notes on what looks really good for my haircut! So the next person that serves me can can give me a very similar stylish haircut. The young woman who cut my hair I think her name was "Lara" has cut my hair several times! And it looks really good each time! I hope she gets some kind of recognition for this survey! She did a really good job and last week was really tough on her. I won't go into detail, but if anyone deserves Some kind of bonus or boon it's definitely her!

I had an amazing experience. The lady who cut my hair (I don't remember her name sadly) did an amazing job with my hair. The shampoo and wash was a very nice cherry on top. I had a surreal experience and I recommend it to everyone who needs a haircut. Brilliant.
