Being able to get in the que via the app or online is very helpful. But most important is the excellent treatment I receive from Victoria who I have been seeing for many years. She always does a fantastic job with my hair! On top of that she is very personable and a pleasure to speak with during my cut. She always asks exactly how I want my hair cut and ensures it meets my satisfaction. She is wonderful!!

Ashley did a wonderful job cutting my hair! I like wearing my hair longer, but I don't like the "waviness" my hair produces when I choose to do that. Ashley understood my conundrum and dealt with the situation expertly.
I was unsure at first being a single young 10-year-old black boy I didn't feel comfortable going to the men's shops around the way. So I decided to call in the response that I received was shocking she replied to me like I shouldn't ever ask that question through the hold process of my son and me being there they are the greatest people you want to be around
