It was my first time there. One employee there was not helpful or personable at all. But then someone else came and helped and she was very nice and knowledgeable. She made up for my not so good first impression when I first walked in.
The tuxedo fit my son perfectly. The staff was great especially Daniella.
My son waited until the last minute possible to get a suit for prom. Prom was Saturday. My son went in Wednesday afternoon and was able to pick up a suit on Friday! Friendly service and everyone was helpful.
This Friar Tux location provided such great service. They were able to get me fitted for my event, even when I had to make an adjustment for the jacket sleeve length. The manager Evan was especially accommodating for me, as my event got canceled the day of, and he was willing to work with me to get me a deal on a new rental for when my event was rescheduled.

We received friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service from a female in the Chula Vista location (just wish I had caught her name to recognize her)! The price was reasonable, and the email reminders were awesome…they kept us informed throughout the entire process. I would definitely use Friar Tux of Chula Vista again for future needs, and would definitely recommend it to friends and family needing these services. In fact, I already have!
