I assume the guy who is the manager. I feel bad that I forgot his name, but I wanted to say he was great. He was there helping my friends, my son and myself on basically every visit we entered. He wasn't there on the final drop off. Him and his staff provided excellent service throughout the experience, something I really wasn't expecting to be honest. They were friendly and helpful making sure things fit and we were happy prior to the event.
I used to work in restaurant management. I even talked to the manager (again, perceived manager. Make him the manager if not, missed opportunity if you don't). Hospitality is something that always interested me. Its really hard to get right and creating an environment that makes people feel welcome and eager to return should be valued to a business like yours. That is exactly the experience I had and I would quickly recommend this location to anyone in need of these services.
If you can't figure out who this guy is, feel free to text me. My best memory of his description. Probably about 6 feet. Caucasian looking with some facial hair (fuzzy about this part). Weird detail but we talked about how my son and my shoe size are the same and his lady and daughters shoe size are the same. Odd coincidence, but helpful in figuring out who it is? If it's not obvious, I think he deserves recognition.

I have been to Friar's many times over the years. This was the best my clothes have ever fit. Not necessarily that the other times were bad. This was just the best.
Recommendation: Push guys to wear suspenders under their clothes. Every wedding I go to nowadays, guys are complaining about their pants falling off. The elastic in the modern tuxedo rental pants isn't sufficient. Plus is loses elasticity with each successive use.

It was a very simple process from beginning to end. The ladies that work at your store were very helpful, one of them in particular. When we picked up my son's suit and tried it on, multiple items were too big and she was incredibly helpful. We were able to come in two days later and everything was perfect. It was a smooth process and the suit was amazing quality.
The virtual appointment made it very easy to select my tux for rental. The fitting was efficient and professional, although the final fitting did require a few adjustments. I was very appreciative of the attentive service, email updates and the flexibility to extend my return date given that my event was out of state.

Friar Tux was great in supporting my Wedding party's needs from the start of the process all the way to the end. We were impressed with the organization of the operations across several different stores since we had members of our party in different locations.
The staff at the Vista location was very supportive in answering our questions and providing us ideas and insight into making our wedding look the best. My now wife and I were very please with the service and attention we received from the Vista Team. We had a party of 10 with a few different styles for the some of the members. The Vista Team and Friar Tux delivered our items as requested for all the party members. We worked with almost all of the members of the Vista Team. They were able to jump in quickly and address any parts of our order throughout the process. They were able to be efficient and maximize our time, even when other parties or customers were ahead of us or were waiting to be addressed. The team was timely, professional, and fun to work with each time we visited the store. We and our guests loved our color combinations. The manager there is fantastic. The store was very busy on both my visits and she handled the traffic well and did such a good job making sure everyone was well taken care. When ordering my tux she went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed. You guys are lucky to have her. I will go back anytime I have a tux need becuase of the service she provided.
