My fur baby and I absolutely love Dogtopia West Midtown and the staff here!! The entire team is awesome and very caring. Great improvement from previous staff and they are the reason my dog still stand here. They always are happy, helpful and I truly feel like they care about my dog and I. I feel confident and comfortable leaving my pup here. My dog is happy to come here and always leaves happy as well. I love the app and cameras so I can watch my pup throughout the day. They also have fun themed activity days which I love. Prior to coming here I did extensive research and tested out several places. The playrooms are separated by dog size which any small dog owner knows is important and safer. Hands down I highly recommend this place!

Dogtopia of midtown is hands down the best doggy daycare! My Abelle is treated with extreme love and kindness each time she attends. She is so excited when we pull up to the door she leaps out of the car and straight to them!!!!

I see an improvement in management. Appointments or scheduling of appointments are handled more reasonably now. More importantly, the webcams seem to work better now. Thank you for having friendly and professional staff. My pet eats poop. I wish there could be a way to prevent her from eating poop when she is at Dogtopia. We had to change her membership from unlimited to "social" because of this problem. I would love to change my membership to unlimited again if we can resolve or address this problem when she is at Dogtopia. Thank you.
