My dog passed the temperament test her first time there and she has never been socialized outside of the pack in our home. I am so elated!!! She's going back for daycare and then she'll get a chance to have her first pup-cation while the humans go on vacation.

I like the overall services and staff that works at the Midtown location. They have always treated our puppy with love, respect, and necessary attention that we feels like he needs. He is always tired and happy when we pick him up. The prices are fair for daycare, boarding, and grooming packages.

The people and the structure! I love that the people at the front recognize us when we walk in the door and remember my silly dog and all her quirks. She definitely has her favorite friends and is so excited to go back with them when I drop her off -- it gives me such peace of mind that she's having a great day when I leave. And I love that there's a protocol for everything, there's structure, there's nap time, and that all the dogs have a close eye on them at all times (vs other places I visited where they're essentially in kennels all day).

Dogtopia was recommended to us by a friend and we could not be happier. Every single person employed at the Midtown location has the pups' best interest in mind. Recently our dog was attacked in our front yard by an off-lease dog and required stitches. My husband and I had a work trip planned for the following weekend. Dogtopia boarded Barney in a suite, played and cuddled with him each hour, and made sure he had his medication. Not only did they alleviate my anxiety over leaving him, but they also made sure he felt loved and safe. As long as we need/use doggie daycare, we will be at Dogtopia.

The customer service is excellent. I have never once had a concern about my dog as the employees have always communicated about any particular rough housing and do a great job of supervising open play. That was NOT our experience in other daycares. We also love being able to check on our pup via video online and getting text updates about him when he enjoys his treats. He comes home tired and is always thrilled the second we say “ready for school?!”

I have been sending my dog here for 2 1/2 years now and it’s always great customer service. I love how the staff treats all of the dogs here with love no matter what breed they are and do not discriminate against what breeds they allow here.

April is a pandemic puppy. Adopted at 8 weeks on March 27, 2020. That means for the most critical period of socializing with people, there was simply no way to get her comfortable being up-close and personal with strangers. She still suffers the impact of that lost time even as she’s gotten more comfortable, and she has been in environments where people have come on too strong and scared her, setting her back even more. Dogtopia has always been a safe space. The canine coaches’ gentle approach, redirecting and respecting the space of all the pups to foster a calm and safe environment, has been so wonderfully beneficial for her. She loves coming to see you, and I have peace of mind when she’s at daycare or boarding. Thank you so much, Dogtopia team!
