Very communicative and organized. Constant updates and reminders, especially when things change. I just moved here from Iowa and am unfamiliar with the area, and there’s always an address with where games are. It’s very much appreciated and so helpful for people like our family that aren’t from the area.

I love that my children have a great time learning and being in a group were we feel safe and are around great people. We have so much fun in Taekwondo and swimming that it would be very sad if we weren't able to participate but fortunately each month our schedule and finances have been working out. Swimming and Taekwondo has been an excellent way for my children to get excersise and learn and be apart of a friendly group. Thank you
The swim lessons and instructors are great. My child looks forward to going to the Y for swimming.
Deb teaches Silver Sneakers Splash & we love it. She always switches things up to keep it interesting & fresh. But one problem is that the Silver Sneakers app does not recognize Ragsdale Y as a location for the class when we try to log it. Also when we try to register for the class each month, SSSplash is difficult to find on the YMCA360 app,

We loved the swim lessons at the Ragsdale YMCA. All the instructors were so nice and patient. We will be signing up for more classes to come.

Instructors are great
I like your skilled trainers, such as Martin who is number ONE in my estimation.
For elementary school age children the programs are interesting and the children tell me they have fun.
Older children, Middle School and up, there doesn't seem to be enough specifically for them.
Counselors are kind and engaging. Very willingly are transparent about how the children are doing in the program.
The Friday tread class is awesome and the gym equipment is nice.
Friendly staff and great equipment to work out on. Reasonable price per month.
I mostly use the fitness center. The machines are well-maintained, the staff is helpful and the place is clean. This is not the case at many other gyms.
I love the variety of classes offered in the evenings. The gym/changing room area is always so clean. And, I feel safe while working out in the gym.
