Programs are affordable. It builds friendships and community, as they try to keep kids together on teams…and allow them to choose friends/coaches they want to learn under. The environment is typically supportive and fun!

You have more helpful programs than I know about, and they all are very helpful for a variety of needs. I wish you’d include a link in your general emails to a complete list of your offerings.
A lot of us have special diets these days, and I’d like you to offer classes like “cooking for cholesterol” and “heart-healthy meal planning for the minimalist cook,” and “clean out and restock your pantry for healthy living.” Maybe use a food truck for the kitchen?

I like the water aerobics classes at the Y. The instructors are great. They make the classes fun but still challenging. The class participants are friendly and helpful.

Group exercise classes at Ragsdale are great! I take Kim S-P's Thursday classes (both!) and Jen K's Tuesday class, whatever that happens to be, and I'm ALWAYS happy with what I get.
It’s my semi weekly routine either some same friends for over 10 years. Heather changes up the routine and I enjoy the friendship and exercise. I am more flexible in the water and it enhances my balance
