Indoor track, clean facility, friendly registration process
This is by far the cleanest YMCA that I have visited, especially the pool. The facilities have everything you need and the Staff is always friendly.

The great coaches and involvement
They have what I need to stay out of the Doctors offices on a regular basis.
They have Tai Chi class, helps me focus, balance, breathe and think clearly.
Water aerobics classes helps me move muscles with weights.
Body, Balance and Movement class gives me energy for the grandkids.

The water aerobics class is the best thing that happened to me. Debbie and Heather are excellent instructors. They provide great exercise programs and it is always beneficial.
Overall, the Y is extremely clean, everyone is friendly, and helpful.

I have only used the fitness center so far, but it is great. No waiting for machines and room to move. Staff made switching locations easy as well!
I use the fitness center 3 to 5 days per week. It's always very clean, well staffed and never crowded. A perfect setting for a great workout.
