Hi, It seems cell phone use in between sets is getting worse. It’s especially bothersome during peak hours. Maybe some reminder signs would help. I often see people taking several minutes between sets.

Great facility and friendly staff

The staff is amazing and they care about the kids they are teaching. I have too in the swimmers classes and they love it.

All employees have been very nice, helpful, and total sweethearts. My husband and I both wish we came here years ago! The Y has instantly been a life changing experience.

Most of all I feel very "comfortable" in the "Y"...everything fits very nicely from the weights to the treads...all staff from front end to CEO are very professional, courteous,,friendly and most of all I feel they are proud of the "Y" and so am I...I enjoy coming to the "Y"...I left another gym to come back to the "Y", yes I am a previous member...all in all I do not regret returning to MY YMCA...Thank you from all staff...

I love the personal training sessions I have had with Nina La Rue. She has personalized a training plan for me. She demonstrates expertise with training and she has taught me proper form. The equipment is state of the art. I love the weight machines in the upstairs room. The parking validation process is easy. I love having access to a basketball and volleyball court.

Staff is Incredibly helpful! Facilities are nice & well maintained. You will not find a better gym with the facilities & support for this low a cost.

I love how convenient the Y is to my house. Free parking in the garage at Southtowne is also very convenient. I work out in the gym. I can't imagine that there is any kind of workout equipment that the Y does not have. The staff is very helpful. The environment is pleasant...walls of windows. Equipment is constantly being wiped down, so it is very clean.

Machines are kept in good shape. Also, good and helpful staff.

I enjoy the group fitness class selection in the mornings and evenings. I use the lap lanes and appreciate the hours they are available. The pool temperature is consistently spot on! Staff is friendly and helpful.

I’m an RV guy and will be on the eastern shoren VA until the pony swim. I’m using my National membership at the Onley VA Y. By the time the pony swim, I may race them.

I love the downtown location and the quality of the facility. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Such a GREAT VALUE!
