We just moved to the area and was looking for childcare for our three children. I was very nervous after having a horrible experience at the ymca at our last base. Mrs. Tyler was so sweet! She made us feel so welcome and answered all of my questions. My kids have had a blast at camp this week. They have told us about all the games they get to play, the crafts, and even getting to swim in the pool. They come home absolutely exhausted ready for bed so they can come back the next day! I am so thankful for your camp program, and so thankful that Mrs Tyler made my children and I feel welcomed!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE that my child enjoys coming to camp every day. He looks forward to the daily interaction. I love that when he has encountered issues with other children, the counselors hear him out and assist in the situation. I also LOVE that you can pay for camp on a week by week basis. Most of all, love the courtesy of each front desk employee and counselor. Every question or concern I’ve had has been addreseds in a timely and professional manner. This center has made a very positive impact on my decision for future use. Thank you!

The 2024 summer camp just seems more organized. I also like the field trips which break up the week and add excitement to going to camp.

I like the private swim instruction's. We’ve had Hailey every time. She’s patient, kind and sweet. I’m glad you guys matched her with my children.
Everyone from the front desk to the lifeguards and even the guys cleaning up the locker rooms are excellent.It is so refreshing to know that I can come into a nice clean facility that is run by Christians and get a workout in,take a shower and then go home daily.I sure do appreciate everyone at the Pensacola YMCA,you all are the best.

The gym, the pool for my kids the time it’s open, and all of the ladies that work there are very polite. They so so great. Thank you.
I love the availability of open swimming as well as water aerobics. I'm a senior with back issues and the pool offers the resistance that I need in exercises to stay healthy in a safe way as far as protecting my back from injury.

awesome pool, staff are so friendly inside and outside of the building. looking forward to the updated facility. please continue to offer swim lessons as many families in this area do not have a pool and rely on programs offered by the YMCA to get their children trained to swim. if the navarre and pensacola ymca's didn't exist, I'm not sure how i would've gotten my children trained outside of taking them to the beach myself!

The flexible schedules of the classes and the variety of classes. My experience so far with the class leaders/instructors has been positive. They have been welcoming and helpful since it has been my first time attending an organized exercise class.

The front office staff like Victor and Edward…Alayna is a superb , qualified yoga instructor, as well..my favorite.
