What I DON'T like is you and most salons don't comply with ADA laws to get a pedicure. I always feel unsafe trying to get up the tiny steps to get my feet in the pedicure bowl. And coming back down is worse. I feel very unsafe.
The staff are all wonderful. Nancy is the best. She listens to what I want and works with me to make sure the cut and color are on point!

The shampoo experience was incredibly relaxing, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the chairs were – my neck usually hurts, but these felt ergonomically perfect. Jenny was also really personable, making the whole experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be back!"
