Just like usual, Friendly staff to greet you when you walk in then makes you comfortable with water or tea. When your cosmetologist is ready they will come to get you and the beauty begins. Been a client for over 12 years with just this operator. Probably a year or two before.
I must add that Mark Pardo has been an excellent owner/operator through his ownership and dedication to all his shops. I was saying stylist years ago in another state and I know how hard it is sometimes in this profession. Thank you all that makes the team so workable and successful.

Nicole is amazing she does a Beautiful job every time. My nails always look so nice when she is done I always get great complimentz on them.
Cynthis makes the experience wonderful. Aside from being a talented colorist and hair specialist, she is kind in so many ways. I feel a certain vibe at this salon, and Cynthia is why that vibe is so good. Everyone feeds off her positivity, and it is obvious that she is the catalyst for making the salon incredible!

I always have the best and greatest experience here. The staff are always very helpful , friendly and accommodating . They are always prompt and values your time and presence. And I come out always feeling great pampering myself ! This is the only Vice I have ( great hair ! And getting great products !) I've had facials too and that was also a rewarding and purifying experience. I love coming here ! Ty for being fabulous & constantly keeping us / your customers just as fabulous !

I always have a great salon experience. Everything was an A+. I am only disappointed with the pricing change. The complementary trim was a nice touch, even though I did not always use it. I understand some of the logic behind the change and how it should help someone like me, but it does not. I end up spending more on the services and tips. It makes me question why I spend $50+ ($75+ with trim) a haircut for a guy. So as a consequence, I end up with a hairy neck which I do not appreciate.
