I had the most amazing first time experience on Saturday. Jessica was so nice and made me feel really comfortable and so did the man that was training her. We did a hair bleach and ny hair was so damaged and different colors and very difficult to work with. Even with that she made my hair look amazing. Thank you to her and her trainer for all the kindness and everything they did for me. I will definitely be back.
I always appreciate how I welcomed the minute I walk through the door and asked if I would like water, coffee or a cup of tea. The shop is well laid out and products are easy to find. Because there's always a candle burning, the place smells wonderful. Also, I have never had a bad stylist. I've been seeing Maddy but because I live of town and Maddy wasn't available when I was in town, I saw Jade and she gave me an incredible haircut!
Elisabeth is very committed to her art. She always makes me feel comfortable and makes sure I am happy with my pedicure. It’s always a relaxing experience.
Victoria gave me an amazing facial. What I did not like is that the room was freezing cold at times. Did not make it pleasant.
Marc Pardo has employed an exceptional hairstylist, Jade, at the Winrock Salon!!! She exceeded my expectations!!! Jade demonstrated a superb knowledge of cutting, highlighting, & styling my hair!!! She even touched up my makeup before I left the salon! I have NEVER had my hair look SO GOOD!!! Kudos to her- I’m definitely booking with her again. She must be one of your top hairstylists!!
