As always My experience was great! The facial was fantastic and If I wasn’t so broke I would have bought more products because they were wonderful. The woman who did it was super informative and took her time. The haircut is everything I wanted and Kat was SO good to me! She knew I had been unhappy with a terrible cut from another salon and cared enough to ask Rachael for advice. They were on the same page and hooked me up! I feel beautiful and am so grateful. Rue is amazing! I have been coming to the Cottonwood store for years, and she is my main reason (plus your products!). Mr. Pardo is there sometimes, and I think it is great that the owner "mingles" with employees and patrons, Love the way I look when I leave.
