From the moment I am greeted when I walk in by the desk staff, especially Santana, to the greetings from the stylists who have seen me over the years, including Ru, I feel like I am important and valued. I am always offered tea or water and my appointment is never late nor rushed. Dez Feathers is a master colorist and stylist, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair after 25 years of being her client! Her thoughtful consultations, advice, and expert skills have made me look and feel my best for a quarter century! Mark Pardo is not cheap, however, for the level of service, quality, and professionalism, it remains a fantastic value. 10 out of 10!!
No matter who cuts my hair I am treated with kindness and walk out with a great haircut. I have been coming for haircuts to the salon on coors for almost ten years and my hair feels and looks wonderful each time.

I was offered water, tea, or coffee upon arriving. A hand massage also, which I'm going to get next time I go. Overall my experience was great.
Cynthia was recommended to me by one of her clients. The atmosphere in the salon is very friendly and professional. Cynthia is delightful, very experienced, very intrerested in what I was looking for in my desire for a new look (hair style). She asked questions, showed me photos of different styles and took all the time I needed to make a choice. I just loved the whole experience, “what fragrance do you prefer (shampoo and conditioner), neck and shoulder massage, atmosphere - EVERYTHING was truly nice. In the end, I LOVE MY NEW CUT! I highly recommend Cynthia and the Salon at Marc Pardo at Winrock in Albuquerque.
