Frankie was VERY KIND AND professional and understood what I was wanting for my hair color. Sadly, until you see it on yourself, do you know how color will look on your skin. He was very understanding that until you see it, you don't know. He let me know I had 2 weeks to decide and guaranteed my satisfaction. I SOOO appreciated that!! It doesn’t matter who styles and color my hair. They all do an awesome job. I have two fantastic hairstylists, Janelle and Savana as I am sure there’s others. I use to come home and cry when I went to a stylist my husband sent me to. I finally asked my friend to recommend a better stylists. She recommended Mark Pardo. I will never go to another place. I hope they never close down.
