Jean is the absolute best. 10 out of 10, would recommend her services to any friend or family member. She was super responsive, professional, and answered all our questions in language we could understand (we are first-time buyers, so we had a lot of questions!). She went above and beyond in advocating for our interests and following-up with third parties like the seller's agent, inspectors, the title company, etc.
