He's a patient and unwavering presence in a spastic market. I am buying the house I am in no small part because he sacrificed and took a leap that others didn't see.
It felt like Kathy was a lawyer who was winning a case for me. She knew the big picture and asked good questions about my preferences to decide our strategy for putting in an offer. I saved a lot of money in the process and still got my first offer accepted. She acted quickly and like an investigator any time I had a question or curiosity about something. She's personable and other folks in the industry enjoy working with her. She helped me set up appointments around my work schedule, so I didn't have to miss any work. When I was tired from the process, she offered water & snacks like the coach of an athlete. So basically it was like getting a lawyer, private investigator, public relations representative, personal assistant and coach all in one person. I felt like I was able to be myself in this process & also receive experienced professional support. Kathy matched me in the high energy & determination I had to make it happen and she was encouraging and respectful the entire time.
