Amazing experience overall. Very frequent communication, lots of resources for any contractor needs, and very pleasant to work with.
She did a terrific job with managing the whole effort.
As a landlord, living out of town, it was critical for me to have someone I could trust to be on-task and focused while I was out. She helped work through some tax impacts and 1031 issues/referrals (landlords know this code).
