I really enjoy the fitness machines as I'm trying to get back into a healthy lifestyle. Everyone is also very helpful when I come in as I am new.

The best 2 hours of my day are those which I spend at the Y.
I am come out from the gym, relaxed, happy and hungry after burning a lot of calories.

Pool is good from scheduling perspective. Is always available for lap swimming. Love the fitness center and it’s modern and clean . Best Y in Lexington.
