I enjoy the Silver Sneaker classes, Water Fitness and I am looking forward to trying the eGym.
I love the new egym stuff, the cardio equipment and the track. The high street y is closest to me. I hope you can find room to squeeze an egym in there.

Mission specific.
Huge hot tub with jets that actually massage as opposed to weaker hot tubs at other locations. Easily the best YMCA in Lexington. My only complaint is that the only water fountains are all the way out in the hall outside of the locker rooms and I feel like I need to get dressed every time I go fill my water bottle if I am doing sessions in the sauna or steam room

I gave Whitaker a "9" because the pool is too warm to swim laps at a regular lap pace.
I like everything. So much is offered to all ages.
Love the indoor poor and splash pad.
Pilates Reformer is a great class and Pam is a fantastic instructor. Only issue is the noise and disruption from weights slamming on the floor in the Blast of the Day class next door. Love the EGym! Silver Sneakers classes are very good and Cheryl is a good instructor.
When I enjoy best of most about the YMCA is first of all the distance from my home which I’m glad it’s there. It would be that each time that I want to go to the gym to work out and any at all capacities that are available at the YMCA my granddaughter can be watched with no problems and it makes it easy and it relieves my mind of any stressors that I’m gonna work out when I have my grandchild Otherwise it is a very efficient effective place to be for my mental for my physical and I’m thankful to be a member at the YMCA.

i am a huge fan of the Egym. Also loving the walking track. The only thing i have a slight issue with is the pool lanes where people do not follow the 2 people per lane when trying to do laps. using it for walking or playing vs laps.

My wife loves the classes, childcare is incredibly helpful and it's very clean, open, and not sketchy compared to many others that I've seen at gyms.
That they are very organized and it makes it easier for booking and participation. while me and my boyfriend work out our 1 year old goes to the daycare inside and the workers are always friendly and welcoming. Just a great atmosphere all together

The YMCA has a very large selection of programs and activities, without a doubt there is something for everyone!
