What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the kids sports programs. What a wonderful and convenient way to introduce my 5 year old to organized sports. I also truly appreciate the Zoom group fitness classes. They have kept me active when I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to workout. I hope they continue forever!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I’m so happy you all have water aerobics classes. You’re the only place that had this and it’s such an important class for people especially ones recovering from injuries! Thank you also for providing a clean place to work out. I was amazed how clean the lockers were and that’s important!

I love the Whitaker Y. Great facilities, fab selection of classes, and friendly staff. I moved across town but still drive back to Whitaker because I like it so much.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The programs help me to maintain muscle mass; to keep a keen and toned body; and helps me to control my weight. The steam and sauna room helps with so many areas of the body as well as the hot tub.

What is offered is wonderful! Facility and activities are something I wish we had in Frankfort. Every time I visit Hamburg/Lexington I attempt to visit this Y facility.

Very supportive environment. The group classes are fun and the instructors are very encouraging, inclusive, and energetic. My daughter is taking swim lessons and her experience has been great as well. She loves the class and her instructor.
