What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the inclusivity, the amazing quality of all of the teachers, and the environment always feels welcoming. This location always feels clean and well kept. I will always recommend this Y to anyone and everyone!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The staff is AMAZING! So helpful and encouraging. I love the accessibility for people of all ages & abilities. Hours of operation are very accommodating. The facility is clean and inviting. I would encourage anyone to join the YMCAof Central KY community.

The facility is well designed and easy to navigate. Plenty of exercise equipment as well as exercise classes. Staff is helpful. So pleased I joined.

we have recently joined the Y again after covid. My husband has really enjoyed the sauna, new exercise equipment and visiting friends he had before covid. I myself, love playing pickleball and am enjoying seeing all my friends who played before covid. Dr. James and Mickie Hughbanks
