Absolutely LOVE the Y and all of the programs/activities! The staff is wonderful and the instructors show care and support for all participants!

The variety of offered programs, the cleanliness of the facility, and the adoring staff members make this a wonderful place to repurpose your body to a healthy one, both mentally and physically.

Yoga w Josette. My husband is in a wheelchair and staff is very helpful and kind to in making him feel welcome.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The facility is always clean and inviting. The greeters/front desk are friendly and have always been able to provide me with the assistance I need. I really enjoy the Silver Sneakers Classes. I like the pacing and adaptibilty the classes offer. The instructors are wonderful.The machines are well kept and plentiful. I can't wait to try Pickleball!

The equipment was well maintained and newer.
The stafg greeted us very kindly. The walking track was beautiful showing a nice tree line. It was very comfortable at this location.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

good range of classes. I still have difficulty matching the ending of the Tues/Thurs morning 9-10 class with the TT 9:45-10:45 class, so so do at least five others.
