The pools
Family oriented with daycare provided and activities for younger children.
They are reasonably priced and fun.
So far I’ve only used gym equipment, but it’s so nice, clean and friendly!
We love the classes, however they are very full. Hard to register for or hard to find space in the ones that don’t have registration. We love the facilities, the space, the equipment, the variety, always pretty clean. We’ve been members almost 18 years. We have experienced unfriendly staff the past 6 months, that’s a first in 18 years. We do recommend the Y to others. If we leave it will be for the cost. I do believe the $98 is fair for a family. It’s just hard with our budget.
We love everything about Beaumont Y. The staff is incredible. The reformer Pilates program has changed my life. I've never felt better.
Variety of activities and classes
Great equipment and facilities. Good friendly, family vibes!
I do not use programs I just workout
I've only really dealt with check-in and the woman at the desk was helpful to us in adding our grandson to our phone apps, making it easier to check in when we bring him to the Y.
The people are great, the Y is clean, and the ability to meet people is fantastic.
MY MAIN ISSUE IS PEOPLE SITTING ON THE WEIGHT MACHINES, LOOKING/TEXTING ON THEIR CELL PHONES FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.
I like that there are programs available and at different times.
I really appreciate the staff at the front desk, they are always willing to help out.
The staff is professional.
Variety and quality of machines and activities. Friendly staff
Have tons of things to do and people are always friendly.
The functional fitness class gives me a great workout and gets my heart rate up. Nicole is inspirational.
EVERYTHING. Great facilities, staff, instructors, trainers, programs. All have helped me get stronger and improve flexibility and balance, even as a senior citizen.
I like the variety of activities offered. The quality of instruction vary depending on instructors. We have had our kids in some really good swim classes where instructors were breaking down the strokes and teaching proper techniques, but we also had them in classes where instructors have don’t none of that and would let the kids move through the water in every which way without demonstrating or teaching proper techniques. Though we would have loved to continue coming the Y for swim classes, because of the inconsistency in instruction quality, we have returned to AquaTots swim school for swim lessons.
More generally, I wish that makeup classes were available when a class is missed due to sickness or when it is cancelled because of weather. We have wasted countless classes as a result of the no-makeup policy at the Y, which is a bit frustrating and makes us think twice before signing up for activities.
Equipment is great, place is clean & water aerobics with Dorothy is exceptional.
Great engaging Barre, yoga, Pilates, trx classes
I like the variety that the Y has.
As I am now retired, It’s a place to meet new people.
The gym is great, the basketball court is great, and the staff are always nice.
The teachers are very well prepared and there are quite a few classes that I like to take.
The Y is my partner in maintaining my physical and emotional health. Very important as I get older.
I use walking track mainly.
I love the warm water pool. It helps me after having 2 knee replacement surgeries and a shoulder replacement
I love the aqua fitness in the warm water pool!
Variety
Great facility. No towels is unacceptable though. Fix it.

Love the functional fitness, zumba, boom classes. Enjoy the walking track and the stationery bicycles as well as the machines in the wellness center.
Floor in the downstairs exercise room seems sticky, and shoes don't move freely. That can be dangerous in zumba and boom classes.
