Great pool! Had to be in Lexington for an appointment so I took advantage of an opportunity to swim. Have to come from Frankfort to swim now that we don't have a YMCA pool in the Capital of Kentucky since last month and don't seem to have any possibility of one soon! To swim 3 times a week, as I previously had, would entail driving 210 miles a week for 3 round trips.

There’s a great variety of programs, classes, activities, etc. for all ages. I highly recommend the Beaumont YMCA to everyone.

As a lifelong "gym Rat", I mean that by, 65 years of working out in an organized gym.
Starting when I was 13 years old, I've never stopped working out.
I've been working out at the Beaumont YMCA for the last 8 years. It's one of the best gyms
I've had the pleasure of being a member. The staff is the very best. The equipment in the weight lifting area is excellent and so are the treadmills and the ellipticals.

I do miss the mid-morning cycle classes that used to run around 9:00 & 10:00 am. Since
Covid-19, they stopped all the classes and that was my favorite cardio.

If you see me on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 7:30 to 9:00 am, stop by and say hello.

P.S. When I first came to Kentucky in 1966, the only place the public could work out was at
the High Street YMCA. My first Kentucky gym.

I like the water aerobics (especially the warm water pool) I wish you provided more classes or quit limiting the classes you have to just 20 people. I have been going to the 2 evening classes and they are not limited.

We like everything there: Kids corner, Youth fitness, basketball field, facilities, group exercise, Sauna and steam room.....nice staffs, everything!

I love all the fitness equipment but my son learned to swim and got his black belt there .

The variety of programs is fantastic. Also the times available are very useful.

All the staff is courteous-always speak to you when passing.and always when leaving or coming in. Programs are offered to your capabilities. Instructors are excellent and always emphasizing do what you can and are comfortable with.
