The quality of instruction is excellent.
However. The classes are too crowded. Need more times available.

I go mainly for the Silver Sneakers classes, which I might add, helps me maintain my health. The instructor I love is Ruth - she always moves around to make sure the participants know how to keep up. She is the best of the best!!!!

I try to do the exercise bikes, too and have used the pool at times. The atmosphere there is perfect.

Pools r always clean & open.
Nice saunas & clean showers & bathrooms.

near by, family environment, room to work out and machine access. instructors are very accomodating.

I think the Y is a great place to meet new friends and it also has so much to offer. I think it would be helpful for all new staff as as well as existing ones to work on being more friendly. I am sure that would be in keeping with the Y's core values.

The variety of classes. The pools, walking track, equipment in the rooms for classes.

The layout of the facility is very good. The childcare aspect which allows parents to work out and get healthy is awesome for a lot of busy professionals I know.

I love boxing so the heavy bag is a favorite!!

The staff is so very helpful. The instructors are the best.
