Love the group classes and instructors

The instructors are great!

I am so happy with the ss zoom class on Saturday at 12:00 with Ellen. Ellen brings a lot of fun to the class. Ellen also teaches other ss classes and she is awesome. I really enjoy coming to the center for exercising and think Susan at the front desk is great. She has a very nice personality. Overall, the Y at Beaumont is the best. Keep up the great work.

Great facilities and super staff

There is something to suit everyone at the Y, no matter what your age. The instructors are excellent and enthusiastic. The Y is much more than a gym. It is a place where people come to socialize and to feel they are part of a community.

I like the exercise classes, as well as the weight room & cardio machines & walking track.

Variety of group classes. Cleanliness of facility.

The programs we have participated in have been very worthwhile! The youth volleyball class was very well done and my child learned so much and enjoyed it tremendously. The adult swimming class I’ve done was fun and good exercise.

Employees are sensitive to members' individual needs. I walk with a walker as I have problems with my knees and back. One of the employees learned this and arranged for someone to unlock the outside gate for the pool to save me from having to walk the extra steps through the building before getting to the pool. I wasn't worn out before I started my swimming class. Greatly appreciated that I hadn't overexerted myself before I even got started with my class.

I work at the Frankfort location and we don't have a pool. When I am in the area, I visit the pool. Its really the only thing I use there.

Warm water pool

I only participate in the classes for older adults, but they’ve been so beneficial. The instructors are very pleasant, but they do challenge us with a range of exercises— aerobics, strength training, stretching, warming up and cooling down.

It’s a great way to stay in shape and meet new people!

Everyone who works at the Beaumont Y is friendly, kind and helpful. The place is always clean and orderly. I highly recommend it.

I belong to the Silver Sneakers program. I love all of the options for exercise classes. I also enjoy the inside track for keeping up my walking program when the weather is too hot, too cold or rainy outside.

The swimming pool is very clean and very spacious.

I live in Frankfort and would be delighted just to have your indoor lap pool, much less the vast array of other fine aquatic, exercise, and recreational facilities you offer.
