We love water,aerobics and our daily workouts at the Y. Indoor track makes walking enjoyable even on cold rainy days.

You had some surly lifeguards, but they are gone now and the ones that replaced them are so very nice! It is a joy to come swim now!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I just started using the warm pool after knee replacement. It is so great to be able to exercise there. There is lots of water exercise equipment availabile. The locker room and shower areas are so clean.

There are fitness classes for seniors that include weights & exercise. Also golf fitness for golfers.
It’s easy to join these classes & they are very good.
