everyone at the UES location is so wonderful and welcoming! it's a smaller, cozier studio and the fun decor and all of the teachers there make every visit feel warm and familiar while stiil giving a great workout

Great class

Elizabeth is the best instructor. I love her motivational "yes you can" when she is asking us to push hard. I am not a fellow fitness instructor and I have borrowed some of her great music choices, as well. She is truly awesome!

Sculpt classes!

I love core power classes but I will say with love....it could be cleaner. The walls & mirrors I feel could be cleaned more diligently. I understand the classes are sweaty so I don't even mind the floor it comes with the territory and I do see cleaning being done after class but just a little more care in cleaning would be nice to see.

I love the heat and the workout

Staff is super friendly and I enjoy all the flows. It’s a very welcoming, inclusive and safe space and I genuinely look forward to when I am able to get a class in. Thanks UES!

Sculpt classes!

I love the teachers, their commitment to community and their practice, and the overall class offerings at the studio! The one thing I would say could use improvement is that I think there should be working water fountains in the studio, but I love corepower and I love the studio.

I love the C2 and Sculpt Yoga classes at CorePower! I always leave feeling stronger, more relaxed, and ready to take on my day! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the studio is always clean and well stocked. I love coming here :)

I love the variety of classes & times available!! Each instructor is incredibly unique and offers a different skillset and energy that is truly refreshing. I love the pace of the classes and the encouraging nature that each instructor brings to their classes. I was brand new to yoga when I joined CorePower and I have never once felt judged or uncomfortable as I've been learning and getting acclimated to this practice.
