It was generally an easy transition from level 1 yoga to level 2. The teachers and environment are friendly. Everyone is at a different level and that is embraced. Post classes, I feel less stressed/tense and relaxed as I have sweat away both mental and physical toxins. The day after I feel sore in a good way, I know I got a great workout!

So much fun! Really helped me achieve the release & strength building I’ve been so much in need of. Myra on the Upper West for my first class and Mel B on the Upper East this Friday were both fun, kind, skilled and compassionate teachers. I did core sculpt both times. Each had a slightly different rhythm and style. I got so much out of both classes, felt so welcoming and comfortable. Grateful to have chosen these studios for my first in person classes in a year!

I took my first post pandemic class yesterday. Was nervous about making it thru the class with the mask but was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. The instructors were extremely nice and supportive.
Took my second class today and it was as equally as good of an experience.

Felt safe and organized given everything related to covid. Mostly, I loved my teacher, she was kind and encouraging which is much needed for a beginner like myself trying to shape back up after a year of working out way less at home.

i had an incredible time at Core Power! The workout was great. It was my first time to any core power studio. My only regret was not waiting until the coronavirus slowed down so I could make the most of my free week. There's no way I will be able to use it, given the current climate!
