The staff and the environment are very pleasant, the classes provide a solid combination of a workout, relaxation and detox. The two classes that I took were both excellent.
The yoga sculpt class is one of the best workout classes I’ve ever done! Just wish there was a more affordable class package option, I won’t be continuing as it’s too expensive.

I have done yoga, heated and non heated for many years. But this workout is my favorite. It increases my flexibility, strength and includes the cardio I was missing in other workouts. Thank you CorePower.
